Jeanie Marie Buss, an American businesswoman. She currently holds the position as the president of Los Angeles Lakers, the owner of the National Basketball Association. Buss comes born in California is a member of an exceptionally wealthy family. Their father Jerry Buss was a real-estate businessman who became proprietor of the Lakers and other businesses related to sports. The emotional strain she felt was exacerbated as her parents divorced in 1972. When she was 19 years old she inherited management of the Los Angeles Strings professional Tennis team as General Manager. Then she created the Los Angeles Blades pro roller hockey team. She was the the president for Great Western Forum prior to becoming the vice-president of Lakers. Her father died in 2013 and his controlling control for the Lakers was transferred to Buss and her five siblings via a trust for the family that gave each sibling the same vote. Buss assumed the role of president of Los Angeles Lakers. Buss has also been a partner in the ownership of Women of Wrestling (a Los Angeles-based pro-wrestling organization).
