Queen Latifah

Dana Elaine Owens is an American musician and singer, better than her stage name, Queen Latifah. Her performance as a singer, music actor, filmmaker and TV performer has earned an impressive the distinction of two Screen Actors Guild Awards and two Image Awards. She also won an Grammy Award and six other Grammy nominations. Queen Latifah's parents are Lancelot as well as Rita Owens. Both were Police officers. Rita was a Newark New Jersey teacher, who worked the class at Irvington High School. Latifah's parents divorced when Latifah was ten years old. aged, was 10 years old.
